From Craftsman to Ingenuity

1970s

The dream of the Wiskind people originated from Xingfu, a small town in the north of Shandong Province, China. The sheet metal processing workshop in the early stage became known by virtue of its skilled craftsmanship.

1980s

Engaged in the trade and processing of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, becoming the first enterprise to set foot in the industry.

1993

Wiskind was incorporated, with five founder shareholders working in close collaboration to open up a new chapter.

1997

Expanded into steel building product manufacturing, covering the fields of contour plates, bending parts, slitting and purlins, etc.

2000

The first composite panel production line was set up, with product system increasingly improved.

2003

Wiskind Steel Building Company and the R&D center were established. Therefore, a corporate group that integrates R&D, manufacturing, service and trade came into being.

2007

Introduced an advanced PU panel production line from abroad and launched the Color product series. Obtained the class A qualification as a Chinese steel structure manufacturing enterprise.

2009

Recognized as a National Hi-tech Enterprise. Involved in the construction of Germany Pavilion at Expo Shanghai 2010.

2010

Launched the all new hand-made cleanroom panel. Stepped in the cold-rolled steel sheet industry and completed the phase I cold rolling project of Shinmade.

2012

The Group was relocated to the new site, and the 1,000mu Wiskind Industry Park began to take shape.

2013

The RSS 486 roof system was approved by FM, the US. The Aluminum roof panel was launched, with the aim to explore the public building market.

2015

A brand new insulated curtain wall product, the Colorcurtain^®was launched.

2016

The first automatic production line of Quadro-type cleanroom panel in the industry was developed. The Steel Building R&D Institute was established.

2018

The new production line of cold storage panel created many “firsts” in the industry. The cleanroom door and window production line completed and put into operation. Involved in construction of landmark buildings, such as the Xiongan Citizedn Service Center and Qingdao International Conference Center.

2020

In 2020, Wiskind launched the SR6 roofing and wall cladding w/o girts. The full enclosure product range passed the CE Mark certification in the EU.

2021

In 2021, the Innovation Center building and the Jiangsu manufacturing base were completed. The sandwich panel product series earned the 3-star certification of GBEL (China Three Star) and the title of "Green Factory" in the same year.

SD Manufacturing Base



Covering a land area of over 460mu, the manufacturing base is located in Boxing Economic Development Zone, Binzhou, Shandong Province. The production lines that have been put into operation include sandwich panel, curtain wall, profiled panel, cold storage panel, cleanroom panel, cleanroom doors / windows, and steel structure. It is also where the Innovation R&D Center and Wiskind Headquarters are situated.

COLOR^®Series Production Line



The whole production line was imported from PUMA, Italy, which employs state-of-the-art core PU production process introduced from the Europe, as well as the six-component onsite foaming technology, to guarantee the stability of product performance, while the application of the ultra-long dual tracks ensures the flatness of the panel products. Upon digestion and absorption of advanced technologies from abroad, Wiskind has developed the all new Color® Series production line, which represents nearly 300 improvements, with two invention patents obtained in the fields of bonding technology and rockwool delivery & lubricant systems.

The Colorcurtain^®production line independently designed and developed by Wiskind is the only automated production line of metal curtain wall panels in China that integrates both insulation and decoration features.

Cleanroom Panel Production Line



The world's first automated production line of cleanroom panels was independently designed and developed by Wiskind who fully owns the IP. Compared with the traditional manual production line, the automated one improves the production efficiency by more than 6 times, and at the same time, the precision, flatness and aesthetics of the cleanroom panels are also remarkably enhanced, so that every of them are truly identical with one another.

The Cleanroom Door & Window Production Line



The line has introduced more than 10 sets of special equipment for production of doors and windows from both home and abroad, including CNC punching machine, plate shear, bending machine, CNC dual-head saw, and CNC cutting machine of aluminum profiles. From blanking to ultimate forming, the production level of the automated line is far ahead of other players in the industry. The product lineup ranges from coated steel cleanroom doors, stainless steel doors and melamine doors, to insulating windows, fire windows and dimming windows.





Jiangsu Manufacturing Base



The manufacturing base in Zhenjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone (ZETDZ), Jiangsu Province covers a land area of 150.1mu, and a floor area of 100,000sqm. Mainly producing sandwich and cleanroom panels, the factory is a benchmark for not only Wiskind, but also the entire building envelope industry, which is of groundbreaking significance in advancing the standardization of intelligent manufacturing in the architectural steel industry.

R&D Center



Covering a floor area of 5,000sqm, the Innovation Center is dedicated to the R&D and testing of the components and parts of the metal envelope system for prefabricated buildings. Specialized laboratories of mechanics, thermal engineering, environment, metal materials, inorganic non-metal materials, organic materials, etc. offer perfect experimental and testing conditions for the development of high-quality building products.

Exhibition Hall



The exhibition hall of Mastercard Construction Steel Products Headquarters is located in the atrium of the office building of the group headquarters. It is composed of two parts: exhibition area on the first floor and leisure negotiation area on the second floor, with a construction area of 1,096 square meters.
The planning and design of the exhibition hall began in June 2018 and was completed and put into use in January 2020.
It is a platform for customer reception, marketing, social communication and internal training of Mastercard Steel Products Company, and a window to show the brand image, corporate culture, products and technology of mastercard.
